MailTraceIQ

Terms of use

Version of October 26, 2026. If the languages differ, the English text prevails.

These terms are between the customer and Kandrian LLC, 2201 Menaul Blvd NE, Ste A, Albuquerque, NM 87107, USA (“we”). They cover the site mailtraceiq.com, the portal at app.mailtraceiq.com, the Chrome extension, and the tracking endpoints. Public contact: [email protected].

1. The service

MailTraceIQ records opens and link clicks for email the customer sends from Gmail, and shows that record in Gmail and in the portal. The customer can also store contacts and send tracked mail through an SMTP account the customer configures. We do not promise that every open is a person reading the message. Image blocking, Apple Mail Privacy Protection, and security gateways can hide an open or create a false one.

2. Acceptance

Creating an API key, installing the extension, or using the portal means the customer accepts these terms, the privacy policy, the security policy, and the cookie policy. The person who does that says they can bind the organization.

3. The customer's duties

The customer must keep the API key and SMTP credentials safe. Activity done with those credentials counts as the customer's. The customer must tell recipients about tracking when the law that applies to them requires it, including ePrivacy and CAN-SPAM where they apply. The customer must not use the service to break the law, to hide the tracking from a person who must be told, to scan other people's systems, or to send mail the recipient did not have a reason to receive.

4. Acceptable use

No malware, no attempts to read another customer's data, no bypass of rate limits, and no resale of the service without our written agreement. We may suspend an account that creates a security risk or breaks these terms, and we will say so when the law allows.

5. Intellectual property

The software, the MailTraceIQ name, and this site belong to Kandrian LLC or its licensors. The customer keeps ownership of the addresses, text, and files they upload, and grants us the license we need to store them and to provide the service.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available and we take the backups described in the security policy. We do not promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, a missed deal, or a conclusion someone drew from an open or a click. Our total liability to a customer in a twelve-month period is limited to the amount that customer paid us for MailTraceIQ in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that a mandatory law does not allow to be limited.

7. End of the account

The customer may stop using the service and ask us to close the account. After closure they may ask for a reasonable export within 30 days. We may then delete active copies. Backups follow their own retention.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, except a mandatory rule of the customer's country that cannot be waived. The courts of Albuquerque, New Mexico, are the venue, except where a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.
